The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has once again denied allegations that he allocated large portions of Abuja land to his son.
Speaking in response to recent media reports, Wike described the claims as politically motivated falsehoods aimed at tarnishing his reputation. He maintained that all land allocations under his watch follow due process and are not influenced by personal interests.
“This is nothing but a campaign of calumny. I challenge anyone with evidence to come forward,” Wike said.
This is not the first time the Minister has been linked to controversial land allocations involving family members. The latest round of accusations comes amid ongoing scrutiny of his leadership of the FCT Administration.
Wike reiterated his commitment to transparency, adding that land distribution in the capital is guided strictly by legal procedures and merit.
