
Dr Adedolapo Fasawe, Mandate Secretary of Health Services and Environment for the FCT Administration, has received three major awards in one month for her outstanding work in healthcare, environmental protection, and climate action.
She was named “Amazon of Environmental Health” by the Pest Control Association of Nigeria, honoured as a “Silent Hero in Healthcare Delivery” at the 7th Nigeria Silent Heroes Awards in Abuja, and received an “Award of Excellence in Climate Action” from Obafemi Awolowo University.
In a statement through her media aide, Mrs Bola Ajao, Dr Fasawe credited FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda for enabling her achievements.
“These recognitions reflect the collective effort of the FCTA to improve lives,” she said.
Top figures, including the Environment Minister and OAU Vice Chancellor, praised her as a role model in public service.
