FCT Minister Wike Inspects Progress on Kabusa-Ketti Road Project

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has inspected the ongoing construction of the Kabusa-Ketti Access Road.

The project, flagged off on December 4, 2024, is designed to improve road access for residents and ease traffic flow in the area.

Wike said he was pleased with the progress but reminded contractors to focus on both speed and quality. He stressed that the road will ease transportation challenges for residents once completed.

“This is not just a road. It will improve people’s lives, attract business, and reduce travel time,” Wike said during the visit.

The Kabusa-Ketti road is expected to link residential areas to business districts, helping reduce pressure on other routes.

Residents say the project will end years of stress caused by the old, damaged road.

The FCTA has promised to monitor the work closely and ensure timely delivery.
