A 2.2km internal road and an Early Childhood Care and Education facility were completed, alongside enhanced laboratories and classrooms for Special Education.
Digitally, Mundi established a 600-seat Computer-Based Test Centre, installed hybrid solar energy systems, and added 300 solar-powered lights across campus. For student well-being, he restored a fire-damaged female dormitory, began constructing a 1,600-bed hostel, and upgraded the library. A 650-seat lecture hall is also in progress.
