FCT High Court in Garki has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Joseph Eriki, Director of Investigation and Prosecution at the FCTA, and ten others over alleged conspiracy and forgery.
Justice Suleiman Belgore granted the request after the defendants repeatedly failed to appear in court, despite being aware of the charges.
The case involves alleged illegal development of land owned by Etha Ventures and a fraudulent transfer of ownership to Super Structure Ltd.
The court adjourned the matter to June 4, 2025, for arraignment.
