Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden is making a three-day official visit to Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, as part of efforts to enhance diplomatic and economic relations between Sweden and Nigeria. On the first day of her visit, the Crown Princess met with Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Maitama Tuggar. She also visited an art exhibition at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja.
Afterwards, Crown Princess Victoria, along with Sweden’s Minister for Infrastructure and Housing, Andreas Carlson, visited the Swedish Embassy in Abuja. The Crown Princess’s itinerary also includes meetings with Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima, and the Governor of Lagos State.
