Senator Ireti Heebah Kingibe, representing the FCT, has endorsed the GreenMyStreet Abuja campaign, highlighting its role in fostering a climate-smart economy and improving public health.
As Deputy Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Climate Change, Kingibe emphasized the initiative’s impact in mobilizing 620,000 eco-citizens and driving a zero-waste future through enhanced recycling infrastructure.
She also pledged her support for the Development2RUHOPE Initiative, a Pan-Abuja platform focused on community-driven inclusion and impact investments.
Victor Wilkinson Agih, Director General of 2RUHOPE, underscored the initiative’s contribution to green jobs, sustainable finance, and eco-innovation. Key components include the integration of eco-tokens, clean energy solutions, and sustainable mobility, accelerating progress toward SDG 12 targets.
