FCT Makes Land Services Better
The FCT plans to fix its Land Department. This will help serve people faster.
Land Director Chijioke Nwankwoeze shared this news. He spoke when the Servicom Team visited his office.
Nwankwoeze will work with Servicom. This fits with President Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope” plan.
“We want to serve people very fast,” he said. “Things have changed.”
The office now gives out land papers quicker. This shows how Minister Wike is making things better.
Services have gotten better in many ways:
- Faster land papers
- Less waiting time
- Quicker document copies
These changes help make people happy with their service.
The Land Department and AGIS will keep working with Servicom. This ensures FCT people get good service.
Tam Dokubo from Servicom explained their visit. Servicom started in 2004 after a meeting with the President.
The government made Servicom to help offices serve people better. It gives people the right to ask for good service.
