President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senate President Godswill Akpabio are set to headline the 55th Annual National Conference and AGM of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), taking place at the Abuja Continental Hotel from May 5 to 10.
Themed “Transform, Invest, Thrive: Optimising Real Estate Finance and Taxation,” the week-long event will bring together top government officials, real estate professionals, and investors to explore reforms and strategies that can boost property development and economic growth.
According to NIESV’s National Publicity Secretary, ESV Richard Olodu, President Tinubu will attend as Special Guest of Honour, while Akpabio will serve as Guest of Honour.

NIESV President, ESV Victor Adekunle Alonge, has extended an open invitation to estate practitioners, policymakers, investors, and Nigerians in the diaspora, calling the conference a “defining moment” for repositioning the real estate sector.
