Nenadi Usman Calls for Unity Among Labour Party Members
Former Minister of Finance, Nenadi Usman, has called on Labour Party (LP) leaders and supporters to put aside differences and focus on rebuilding the party. Speaking at a political gathering in Abuja, Usman emphasized the need for unity within the party, especially after the challenges faced in the aftermath of recent political events.
Usman, a prominent figure in Nigerian politics, urged party members to concentrate on strategic planning and work towards a shared vision for the future. She expressed confidence that the Labour Party can regain strength and make a significant impact in Nigerian politics if its members remain united and committed.
“Now is the time for us to come together and focus on what we can achieve, not on our differences. Our strength lies in our unity,” Usman stated. She also encouraged the party’s supporters, often referred to as the “Obidients,” to stay patient and continue advocating for the values the Labour Party represents.
