NFF House-Hunting for Super Eagles Coach Eric Chelle in Abuja

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has been actively searching for a suitable residence in Abuja for newly appointed Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle.

Officials disclosed to media that the Malian tactician will personally finalize his choice upon his return to the country in the coming days.

The coach will live and work in Nigeria, and that is why he prefers a house rather than staying in a hotel, a federation official stated.

Unlike the country’s previous foreign coaches, Gernot Rohr and Jose Peseiro, who opted to stay in hotels during their tenure, Chelle has expressed a preference for a permanent home. This decision underscores his commitment to his new role and signals a long-term approach to managing the national team.

By securing a residence for Chelle, the NFF aims to provide the coach with a stable and conducive environment as he embarks on the task of revamping the Super Eagles.

More updates on his housing choice and coaching plans are expected upon his arrival in Nigeria.
