River Park Estate, Lugbe in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has been fully acquired by a real estate entrepreneur, Mr Paul Odili.

Mr Odili announced the acquisition during a brief ceremony to issue Certificates of Occupancy (C-of-O) to homeowners in the estate, located along Airport Road in Abuja.

The event was attended by former shareholders Dr Adrian Ogun and Mr John Townley-Johnson.

Mr Odili reaffirmed his full ownership of the estate, saying “Houses for Africa Holdings, previously owned by John Townley-Johnson with an 80% stake, served as our international partner in the development of the estate.

“Now, all shares previously owned by Houses for Africa have been sold to me. As of January 30th, 2025, I will be the sole owner of River Park Estate, Jonah Capital Limited, and Houses for Africa Nigeria.”

Dr. Adrian Ogun, the founder of Jonah Capital, and Mr. Townley-Johnson confirmed the change in ownership and expressed confidence in Odili’s leadership.

“We have complete trust in Mr Odili to uphold the estate’s high standards and deliver value to homeowners,” Townley-Johnson said.

Dr Ogun said, “Having partnered with Paul Odili for years, I am confident the estate is in capable hands. Homeowners can look forward to excellent services and full value for their investments.”

During the event, Mr Odili also commended the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, for facilitating the issuance of over 1,000 Certificates of Occupancy to homeowners in River Park Estate.

He described the gesture as a significant step toward encouraging real estate investment and strengthening property owners’ confidence.
