he Federal Capital Territory Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (FCT- MPWB) Tuesday announced this year’s approval of hajj fare for Abuja Pilgrims as N8,457,685.59k only.
A statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the board, Muhammad Lawal, stated that intending pilgrims who have made deposits are expected to balance payment before Thursday 30th January to be part of this year’s religious journey.
The image maker of the board also said prospective intending pilgrims can also make full payment before the deadline to book for a seat for the 2025 hajj exercise.
Lawal stated that all payment to the board must be via a bank draft as no cash transaction would be entertained.
He added that all payments for the hajj exercise are to be concluded before the deadline to enable the board to compile the actual list of intending pilgrims for the exercise this year and remit all funds to the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
