It is a day of pride and celebration for the family of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike and his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Wike, as their first son, Jordan Nyesom-Wike, is formally called to the Nigerian Bar today.
Jordan’s induction as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria marks the successful completion of his legal training and paves the way for him to practice law at the highest level in the country.
The ceremony, conducted by the Body of Benchers, is regarded as one of the most prestigious events in the nation’s legal profession. Friends, associates, and dignitaries are expected to join the Wike family in Abuja to mark the milestone.
Speaking on the achievement, family sources described the moment as “a proud step in Jordan’s professional journey,” noting that his parents have always supported excellence in education and service.
For Minister Wike, a seasoned politician and administrator, and his wife, a respected High Court judge, the Call to Bar of their son symbolizes not only personal joy but also the continuation of a family tradition rooted in law, governance, and public service.
