The Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management (CIHRSM) has honoured two Permanent Secretaries and several senior officials of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) at its 2025 Investiture Ceremony in Abuja.
Those decorated as Doctorate Fellows include Hajiya (Dr.) Asmau Mukhtar Esq., Permanent Secretary, Women Affairs Secretariat, and Dr. Ajayi Rotimi Babatunde, Permanent Secretary (Common Services), Office of the FCT Head of Service.
CIHRSM Registrar, Dr. Minna Onomroba Abell, urged the inductees to uphold excellence, innovation, and problem-solving in their roles.
Other honourees include Dr. Isa Naziru, Dr. Abenu Solomon, Buhari Wasiu, Dr. Irhia Gabriel Enatare, Arch. Dr. Amu Samson, Dr. Awwal Abdullahi Ibrahim, Dr. Idris Yahaya Attah, Dr. Uankhueche Moses Agbonifo, Mohammed Uzairu Furyam, and Dr. Oba Ismai.
Dr. Mukhtar, speaking on behalf of the recipients, pledged renewed commitment to public service and mentoring of subordinates.
