Wike Hosts APC Governors After Meeting Labour Party Faction Leader
FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, on Thursday, received APC Governors Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta) and Francis Nwifuru (Ebonyi) at his Abuja residence.
The meeting came shortly after Wike held talks with Labour Party factional chairman Julius Abure, who described the visit as private.
The back-to-back visits highlight Wike’s growing political relevance across party lines, even as he serves under an APC-led administration despite his PDP roots.
Abure’s LP faction recently ruled out forming any coalition ahead of the 2027 elections.
