President Hints at Open Arms for FCT Minister Amid Party Speculations
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has declared that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is ready to welcome the FCT Minister, Barrister Nyesom Wike, into the party if he decides to join.
Speaking during the commissioning of Arterial Road N16 in Abuja, Tinubu praised Wike’s dedication and performance, noting that the APC values competence and commitment to national development.
“If he decides to join us, we will welcome him,” Tinubu said. “What matters is delivery and progress for Nigerians.”
The President’s comment comes amid ongoing speculation about Wike’s political future, as he continues to play a key role in the Tinubu administration despite being a member of the opposition PDP.
