Amid rising complaints from candidates, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has begun a thorough probe into the conduct of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
In a statement released on Monday, the Board’s Public Communication Advisor, Fabian Benjamin, confirmed that an unusual number of technical complaints had been received from several states following the release of this year’s results.
To address the concerns, JAMB has assembled a team of experts, including seasoned university vice chancellors, professional examiners, and top computer scientists under the Computer Professionals Association of Nigeria.
Their task is to audit the entire exam process — from registration to result release.
JAMB assured candidates and the public that the investigation is being fast tracked as part of its post examination system check, adding that fairness and transparency remain at the heart of its operations.
