Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abuja Zonal Directorate, Monday, arrested 59 suspected internet fraudsters at Abacha Road, Mararaba axis of Nasarawa state.
EFCC Head, Media & Publicity, Dele Oyewale, in a press statement, Monday, said the suspects were arrested following credible intelligence about their suspected involvement in fraudulent internet activities.
He said items recovered from them include 73 phones of different brands.
The spokesperson said the suspects would be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
